just a friend

Listening to a little Garth Brooks on the PC and thinking of your family! All my prayers!

Kevin Kiley

A hearty "Thanks in advance" to anyone and everyone who had anything to do with arranging the live webcast of tomorrow's benefit. I KNOW that was not an easy thing to arrange, and especially under the circumstances, but please also know that there are some of us "out-of-towners" who appreciate it more than can be expressed with a keyboard. As for the possible special premiere showing of "The Wind That Shakes the Barley" in Kansas City... no webcam will be necessary. I think I can speak for a lot of "out-of-towners" and assure anyone involved with planning that
special event that "we will be there". No question. It's one of the best ideas I have ever heard of and for one of the best possible causes anyone could ever hope to support.

Chris,

I think that is a wonderful idea for a red carpet event to support Jennifer's foundation. I would be happy to support such an event and I am sure many others would as well. Continued prayers for you & your beautiful girls & all of Jen's family.

Sincerely,
Jennifer

Dreaming With A Broken Heart

When you're dreaming with a broken heart
The waking up is the hardest part
You roll outta bed and down on your knees
And for the moment you can hardly breathe
Wondering was she really here?
Is she standing in my room?
No she's not, 'cause she's gone, gone, gone, gone, gone....

When you're dreaming with a broken heart
The giving up is the hardest part
She takes you in with your crying eyes
Then all at once you have to say goodbye
Wondering could you stay my love?
Will you wake up by my side?
No she can't, 'cause she's gone, gone, gone, gone, gone....

Oooooooooohhhhhhhhh

Now do i have to fall asleep with roses in my hand
Do i have to fall asleep with roses in my hand?
Do i have to fall asleep with roses in my hand?
Do i have to fall asleep with roses in my hand?
Baby won't you get them if i did?
No you won't, 'cause you're gone, gone, gone, gone, gone....

When you're dreaming with a broken heart
The waking up is the hardest part

Still praying for you and your family. I hope this event is VERY successful. Thanks for keeping all of us updated.....Even us strangers who care about your family!

Jackie

I, too, hope this event is very successful for Jen's Foundation. I have thought of all of you so much lately and wondering how things are going and how you are doing day-to-day. I thought of Jen yesterday with the snow; I don't think I will ever see snow quite the same again. Now I see it has her presence here in our lives. Peace to all of you.

Deborah

Thanks for adding the link to purchase Jennifer's bracelets - just bought one and will wear it proudly in remembrance of her strength, dignity and as an everlasting inspiration of just how precious her life was and our lives are! I think I'll get my girls one as well.

Again thanks for sharing your lives with all of us. You are always in our prayers, continue to be strong and kiss those little girls.

God Bless!

Loved seeing you cut the last lock of hair Chris. That was awesome. I have never participated by webcam before so I just kept working and watching you guys. It was awesome. I love the new foundation sight and will continue to follow that as well. I am so so proud of all of you and your strength through this past year, weekend and moving forward. You and Jan have really showed us how to hold our heads high in an unspeakable situation. Love ya both lots and lots. Mel
